Judge William Sullivan, President of the North Talladega Humane Society,has announced the formation of the "Fund For the Prevention Of Animal Abuse" I chair this committee. It's purpose is to offer rewards of from to for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone abusing animals. The more serous offenses being dog fighting and poisoning.
